2. Service Description

TalesGift provides personalized children's books where customers can:

• Personalize stories with a child's name and details
• Upload photos for custom illustrations
• Add personal dedications
• Order printed or digital copies of personalized books

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification

4. Personalization Content

When submitting personalization content, you agree that:

• You have the right to use any photos uploaded
• Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Content is appropriate and not offensive
• We reserve the right to reject inappropriate content

5. Delivery

• Delivery times vary based on location and order type
• Standard delivery: 7-14 business days
• Digital products are delivered via email within 24-48 hours
• Shipping charges may apply based on order value

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Personalized books cannot be returned unless defective
• Defective products will be replaced at no extra cost
• Report any defects within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds for cancelled orders before production will be processed within 5-7 business days

7. Intellectual Property

• All book content, illustrations, and designs are owned by TalesGift
• Customers receive a license to use their personalized book for personal use only
• Commercial use or reproduction of our content is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

TalesGift shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by customers
• Any indirect or consequential damages
